Note: this document does not include absolutely every skip to get every seed. If a seed looks straightforward to get (be it with a longfall or via a simple glitch/trick), it won’t be noted in here.

Canyon

Run starts at Canyon. Do everything needed for Double Jump Early:

• Skip first load trigger (example setup by Sam)
• Elikawalk to third fight as we need Elika active for levers during the run (setup video by Smath)
• Corner clip out of third fight and do barrier skip as normal

King’s Gate (45)

• Top red plate seed
• Three red plate seeds

The Sun Temple (90)

• death abuse the seeds on the right up till minion platform
• enter Sun Temple via green plate seeds
• follow this video for FG and top pillar seed (although not strictly lol)

Marshalling Ground (135)

• get the seed under the main platform (video)
• blue plate seeds (example setup by Sam)
• ledgewarp onto fertile ground (video), collect everything under/around it and exit (video)

The Windmills (180)

• get into the level in the best way (be it via ledgewarp or the random jump to the bottom right bit)

• airwalk from here to the top pole seed and deathabuse back
